Joy ride

The six faces of Celebrity Driving School buckle up tonight as they try learning to drive before Red Nose Day. Over four programmes, the first to pass the driving and theory tests wins.

In no particular order (they're all equally bad) we have: Natalie EastEnders Cassidy, Gareth Gates, Paul O'Grady, Nadia Sawalha, Big Brother's Jade Goody and Simon Day from The Fast Show.

They'll negotiate the three-point turn, the theory test and the mirror/signal/manoeuvre routine.

Natalie Cassidy, whose error is described as "all right" by her instructor has no need for such tact and prefers to label her performance "dire". Meanwhile Gareth Gates assures his teacher that he will prepare to move off by checking his blind spot... despite not actually knowing where his blind spot is.
